Our packages are a guide as to our process so you know what to expect when you choose to work with us.

Every podcast is different and we build bespoke packages around the specific needs of your project, your budget and any relevant experience you and your team may have.

Getting Started Package 

Proper preparation prevents poor podcast performance.  

Spending the appropriate time planning, and giving careful consideration to technical preparation before you get near a record button is crucial. Lots of people assume it’ll be easy - just a case of hit record and see what happens. In 99% of cases this ends in a rambling, poor quality mess. Which when you hear it back, risks crushing your enthusiasm for the project or making decision makers in your team question whether to continue. 

By working with us to plan, map out and properly prepare for your first recording we’ll help you ensure that when the red recording light comes on you’re ready to deliver content that your audience will enjoy and you’ll be proud to share.   

This package includes:

• Video sessions with us to discuss your podcast idea, target audience, purpose, content plan, podcast name, hosts, guests, branding, theme music, release schedule and more. 
• Presenter coaching to prepare your host and regular contributors for recording.
• Kit list - we’ll recommend microphones and any other required equipment that’s appropriate for your location, voice, number of contributors and your podcast format.

Full Service Podcast Production

This is our most popular package. It includes everything you need to plan, prepare, record and distribute your podcast. We recommend kicking off with a season of between 6 and 10 episodes.

Included along with the Getting Started items:

• Virtual studio in-episode production and technical management.
• Editing, mixing and mastering of your episodes to broadcast standards.
• Production of videogram social media assets to promote each episode.
• Setting up of your podcast hosting platform and pushing your content out to apps including Apple and Spotify.
• Statistical analysis of your podcast download figures.
• Ongoing coaching, ideas, advice and guidance from us.
