Production & Execution
We produce work to a broadcast standard because anything less reflects poorly on everyone involved.
That means manual editing where you’ll never hear a cut. Mixing where every voice sits cleanly without the listener needing to adjust volume. Sound design and music that adds polish without distraction. The kind of technical precision that comes from years in environments where getting it wrong wasn’t an option.
We also manage the recording itself - not just the technical setup but the conversation dynamic, timing and energy. Good production doesn’t start in the edit suite. It starts with knowing how to steer a recording so there’s less to fix later.
When compromises are unavoidable - a guest’s poor setup, background noise, connectivity issues - we use professional restoration tools and editorial judgement to recover what we can. But we’re honest about what’s fixable and what isn’t. If something is going to compromise the final result, we’ll tell you in the moment, not after the fact.
Distribution & Platform Optimisation
Once episodes are produced, we handle distribution across all major platforms - Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube and everywhere else your audience listens. That’s expected, not impressive.
What matters more is how your show appears in each place. Metadata, episode descriptions, show notes, categorisation - the details that affect whether someone discovers you and whether they actually press play. We optimise for discoverability, not just presence.
YouTube requires particular attention. It’s where business and thought leadership audiences increasingly discover podcasts. We can advise on whether your show should be video-primary, audio with visuals, or selectively clipped as part of a wider content strategy.
Platform strategy isn’t about being everywhere. It’s about showing up well where your audience actually is.
Consistency at Scale
The standard stays consistent whether it’s episode one or episode fifty. That’s the point of working with people who’ve done this at scale.
