Host Development & Performance Coaching
Presenting well on a podcast is not the same as presenting well on stage, on conference calls, or in a boardroom.
The skills overlap but the context is different. What works in a keynote doesn’t always work in a recorded conversation. Confidence in front of 200 people doesn’t automatically translate to confidence hosting a show with no live audience feedback and an invisible listener on the other end.
We coach hosts specifically for podcasting. How to maintain energy without performing. How to listen actively while keeping structure in mind. How to ask questions that open up rather than close down. How to sound authoritative without sounding scripted. How to recover when a conversation stalls or goes somewhere unplanned.
This isn’t a generic media training course. It’s tailored coaching from people who’ve worked at the highest level of broadcast - both in front of the mic and behind it. We’ve seen what works, what fails, and what separates a competent presenter from one people actually want to listen to.
Sessions are one-to-one or small group depending on your setup. We can focus narrowly on interview technique or work more broadly across presence, pacing, messaging and performance. It depends what you need.
The coaching happens as part of Stage 2 in our framework, but we also work with existing hosts who want to strengthen their craft or prepare for a format shift.
If you’re serious about sounding like someone worth listening to, this is where it starts.
